S\u00e3o eles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fundo dever\u00e1 fazer parte da composi\u00e7\u00e3o do&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ifix\/\">IFIX<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O Fundo n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser um&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/fundos-de-fundos\/\">Fundo de Fundos (FoF)<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O Fundo n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser um Fundo Monoativo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O Fundo dever\u00e1 ter Dividend Yield maior que zero nos \u00faltimos 12 (doze) meses.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o destes quatro crit\u00e9rios, os fundos encontrados dever\u00e3o ser ordenados no&nbsp;<strong>\u00edndice de fundos imobili\u00e1rios&nbsp;<\/strong>de forma decrescente de acordo com seu Patrim\u00f4nio L\u00edquido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os 30 fundos com maior patrim\u00f4nio desta lista formar\u00e3o a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00edndice&nbsp;<strong>SUNO30<\/strong>&nbsp;naquele trimestre, com participa\u00e7\u00e3o igualit\u00e1ria entre todos (3,33%). O \u00edndice \u00e9 reavaliado e as novas composi\u00e7\u00f5es reajustadas no \u00faltimo dia \u00fatil de mar\u00e7o, junho, setembro e dezembro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta composi\u00e7\u00e3o divide melhor a participa\u00e7\u00e3o, j\u00e1 que para integrar o SUNO30, o desempenho do fundo \u00e9 avaliado, e n\u00e3o apenas seu volume ou base de capta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessa forma, podemos concluir que o&nbsp;<strong>\u00edndice de de fundos imobili\u00e1rios da Suno<\/strong>&nbsp;tem um vi\u00e9s meritocr\u00e1tico, focando principalmente na gest\u00e3o de excel\u00eancia dos
