Na <strong>venture debt<\/strong>, o investidor \u00e9, na verdade, credor. \u00c9 como se fosse cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito: pague em dia a taxa que foi combinada e est\u00e1 tudo certo. O criador, ou <strong>criadores da startup<\/strong>, mant\u00e9m o controle do neg\u00f3cio tal como antes do acordo. Claro que no recebimento do aporte tradicional tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio gerir o neg\u00f3cio com controle financeiro, at\u00e9 para garantir a sobreviv\u00eancia e o crescimento dele. O fato \u00e9 que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 milagre: \u00e9 preciso ter o controle das opera\u00e7\u00f5es e aten\u00e7\u00e3o aos sinais do mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong>OKRs<\/strong> &#8211; Objectives and Key Results (Objetivos e Resultados Chaves) &#8211; podem ajudar neste cen\u00e1rio, visto que t\u00eam suas premissas: ajustes em ciclos mais curtos. Por\u00e9m, \u00e9 preciso entender que n\u00e3o basta usar uma tabela de excel e acreditar que tudo correr\u00e1 bem, \u00e9 preciso disciplina de acompanhamento e saber definir muito mais do que tarefas a serem cumpridas, e sim resultados a serem alcan\u00e7ados no curto prazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 preciso definir muito claramente onde os esfor\u00e7os est\u00e3o sendo empregados e, por fim, se est\u00e3o obtendo os resultados esperados. Caso contr\u00e1rio, \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma corre\u00e7\u00e3o de rota.
