Isso j\u00e1 era de se esperar, pois o investimento em startups \u00e9 cercado de grandes incertezas. Diante desta situa\u00e7\u00e3o, os investidores aprenderam a calibrar um pouco os aportes depois de exits n\u00e3o t\u00e3o bem sucedidos, como os que temos visto com o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/softbank-nova-direcao-america-latina-bilhoes\/\">SoftBank<\/a><\/strong> ou resultados da <strong>opera\u00e7\u00e3o do SVB<\/strong> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/svb-fed-colapso-gestao-supervisao\/\">Silicon Valley Ban<\/a>k -, cuja fal\u00eancia foi anunciada em mar\u00e7o deste ano, ap\u00f3s o banco, criado justamente para <strong>financiar startups<\/strong> e empresas de tecnologia, sofrer um colapso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O fato \u00e9 que as startups costumam prometer mundos e fundos em seus powerpoints em troca de tempo e dinheiro para conseguirem provar suas teses. O tempo passa, mas o retorno t\u00e3o esperado n\u00e3o vem. Com isso, pedem mais dinheiro e tamb\u00e9m mais tempo. Essa \u00e9 a l\u00f3gica que impera. Os investidores e os founders precisam manter a f\u00e9 que vai dar certo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o estou dizendo que crer seja algo errado, afinal, precisamos acreditar que o resultado vir\u00e1. Nunca teremos todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es e todas as certezas para tomar decis\u00f5es, \u00e9 assim que funciona a vida, n\u00e3o tem outro jeito. E se ficarmos esperando demais, outros podem vir e decidir antes de n\u00f3s. Com os juros mais altos, a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o do capital \u00e9 mais vantajosa com o menor risco. Aliado as dores dos investimentos de alto risco, os investidores come\u00e7am a repensar seu processo de decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neste contexto, poderiam ser constru\u00eddos <strong>OKRs<\/strong> &#8211; Objectives and Key Results (Objetivos e Resultados Chaves), direcionados \u00e0 preserva\u00e7\u00e3o de caixa e \u00e0 melhoria de processos que tragam, no curto prazo, benef\u00edcios que permitam postergar demiss\u00f5es e, quem sabe, at\u00e9 continuar o desembolso de investimento em uma velocidade menor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma das <strong>fun\u00e7\u00f5es dos OKRs<\/strong> \u00e9 fazer com que todos se alinhem em torno das prioridades da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o no momento, que tenham foco e n\u00e3o desperdicem &#8220;energia&#8221;: esfor\u00e7o humano, dinheiro, tempo em coisas que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o condizentes com aquele per\u00edodo.
