A Tegma<\/strong> Gest\u00e3o Log\u00edstica (TGMA3)<\/a> deixou para tr\u00e1s o preju\u00edzo apurado no segundo trimestre deste ano e reportou nesta sexta-feira (6) um lucro l\u00edquido<\/a> de R$ 29,9 milh\u00f5es no terceiro trimestre. N\u00e3o obstante o retorno ao territ\u00f3rio positivo, o resultado ainda foi 67,2% menor do que o registrado no mesmo per\u00edodo de 2019.<\/p>\t

A empresa relembrou que a disparidade ocorre principalmente em raz\u00e3o do cr\u00e9dito tribut\u00e1rio reconhecido no intervalo de julho a setembro do ano passado, que, \u00e0 \u00e9poca, triplicou o lucro da Tegma na base anualizada. Quando desconsideramos o referido efeito, o resultado apurado no per\u00edodo seria de R$ 36,1 milh\u00f5es. Desse modo, a companhia destacou que, colocado de lado o item tribut\u00e1rio, o terceiro trimestre de 2020 apresentaria uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 17,0% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual.<\/p>\n

O Ebitda (lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/a> no trimestre encerrado no \u00faltimo m\u00eas de setembro chegou a R$ 55,3 milh\u00f5es, um recuo de 51,9% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a igual intervalo de 2019.<\/p>\n

A Tegma tamb\u00e9m informou que sua receita l\u00edquida<\/a> recuo 15,1% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual, para R$ 289,2 milh\u00f5es devido \u00e0 queda da quantidade de ve\u00edculos transportados na divis\u00e3o automotiva por conta dos impactos da pandemia.<\/p>\n

O n\u00famero de ve\u00edculos transportados no terceiro trimestre deste ano caiu 20,9%, de 204,5 mil no ano passado para 161,8 para 2020.<\/p>\n

Tegma antecipa distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de proventos<\/h2>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a empresa de log\u00edstica anunciou nesta sexta-feira a retomada da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de dividendos<\/a> e juros sobre capital pr\u00f3prio<\/a>, que somam R$ 22,4 milh\u00f5es em proventos, sendo R$ 16,8milh\u00f5es em dividendos e R$ 5,6milh\u00f5es em JCP.<\/p>\n

Os dividendos intercalares ser\u00e3o pagos aos acionistas no pr\u00f3ximo dia 24 de novembro, beneficiando os acionistas que constem da posi\u00e7\u00e3o acion\u00e1ria da companhia de 11 de novembro de 2020. As a\u00e7\u00f5es da empresa ser\u00e3o negociadas \u201cex-dividendos e JCP a partir de 12 de novembro de 2020.<\/p>\n\t
