Essa foi a primeira teleconfer\u00eancia dele na lideran\u00e7a do banco, ap\u00f3s ter substitu\u00eddo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/tudo-sobre\/rubem-novaes\/\">Rubem Novaes<\/a> em setembro.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Isso passa por uma mudan\u00e7a de atitude, do quadro de funcion\u00e1rios que interagem com os clientes, mas tamb\u00e9m no aspecto digital. Segundo ele, a carteira do banco j\u00e1 \u00e9 &#8220;muito substancial vinculada a isso&#8221;, mas acredita que a institui\u00e7\u00e3o ainda possui potencial para ampliar a atua\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Nesse sentido, Brand\u00e3o disse que o BB possui potenciais externos, &#8220;como a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de emiss\u00f5es de carbono, transfer\u00eancia de energia el\u00e9trica para energia solar, temos discuss\u00f5es sobre densidade interna. E, inclusive, podemos continuar com a transfer\u00eancia de nossos clientes de alto carbono para baixo carbono&#8221;.<\/p>\n<div class=\"hubspot-form-wrapper\">\n\t<div id=\"single-form-target\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>O executivo tamb\u00e9m salientou os <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/custos-despesas\/\">aspectos de efici\u00eancia e redu\u00e7\u00e3o de despesas<\/a>, que continuar\u00e3o no foco da diretoria do banco &#8212; cerca de 60% das despesas da institui\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o direcionadas para pagamento de pessoal.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, Brand\u00e3o pontuou que outra das alavancadas do <strong>Banco do Brasil<\/strong> \u00e9 o fortalecimento em \u00e1reas que a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 \u00e9 protagonista, como no agroneg\u00f3cio, cr\u00e9dito consignado e nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es com o governo. &#8220;As atua\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o distintas, mas todas elas s\u00e3o relacionadas com a experi\u00eancia do cliente.
