A presidente da Corte, desembargadora Therezinha Cazerta, deve analisar o pedido.<\/p>\n<p>Na \u00faltima segunda (17), foi anunciada a parceria na brasileira com a americana para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma joint-venture na avia\u00e7\u00e3o comercial.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, o juiz Victorio Giuzio Neto concedeu uma liminar suspendendo a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o. A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi apresentada por sindicatos e trabalhadores das regi\u00f5es onde a Embraer mant\u00e9m f\u00e1bricas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/embraer-vende-21-aeronaves-azul\/\">Saiba mais: Por US$ 1,4 bi Embraer vende 21 aeronaves para a Azul<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Victorio Giuzio tamb\u00e9m havia suspendido a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o no in\u00edcio de dezembro em a\u00e7\u00e3o movida por dois deputados. No \u00faltimo dia 10, a liminar foi derrubada pelo TRF-3.<\/p>\n<h2>Recurso da AGU<\/h2>\n<p>Na a\u00e7\u00e3o, a AGU argumenta que a liminar &#8220;poderia gerar grave les\u00e3o \u00e0 ordem p\u00fablico-administrativa e \u00e0 economia p\u00fablica, al\u00e9m de violar o princ\u00edpio constitucional da livre iniciativa, uma vez que configuraria interven\u00e7\u00e3o estatal em momento de tratativas comerciais entre empresas privadas&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>No total, o neg\u00f3cio \u00e9 avaliado em US$ 5,26 bilh\u00f5es. Inicialmente, as negocia\u00e7\u00f5es eram estimadas em US$ 4,75 bilh\u00f5es.
