Cr\u00e9ditos: Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"hubspot-form-wrapper\">\n\t<div id=\"single-form-target\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>O montante proposto pelo Bradespar seria dividido em <strong>dividendos<\/strong> e<strong> juros sobre o capital pr\u00f3prio. <\/strong>Nesse sentido, seriam pagos R$ 385 milh\u00f5es em dividendos no total, sendo R$ 1,038 por<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/tipos-de-acoes\/\"> a\u00e7\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria<\/a><\/strong> e R$ 1,142 por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-sao-acoes-ordinarias-preferenciais-e-units\/\"><strong>a\u00e7\u00e3o preferencial<\/strong><\/a>, sem reten\u00e7\u00e3o de Imposto de Renda na Fonte.<\/p>\n<p>Com isso, a companhia pagaria R$ 290 milh\u00f5es em <strong>juros sobre o capital pr\u00f3prio<\/strong>, sendo R$ 0,78 por <strong>a\u00e7\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria<\/strong> e R$ 0,86 por a\u00e7\u00e3o preferencial, que ser\u00e3o pagos pelos valores l\u00edquidos de R$ 0,66 por a\u00e7\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria e R$ 0,731 por a\u00e7\u00e3o preferencial, quando considerada a dedu\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto de Renda na Fonte de 15%.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/suno-one\/\">Suno One: acesse gratuitamente eBooks, Minicursos, Artigos e Video Aulas sobre investimentos com um \u00fanico cadastro. Nesse sentido, os pap\u00e9is ser\u00e3o negociados a &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/data-ex\/\">ex-dividendos&#8217;<\/a> e &#8216;ex-juros sobre o capital pr\u00f3prio&#8217; a partir do dia 12 de novembro.<\/p>\n<p>Se aprovados, os proventos devem ser pagos no dia 19 de novembro.<\/p>\n<h2>Bradespar (BRAP4) lucra R$ 53,7 milh\u00f5es no 1T20<\/h2>\n<p>A companhia registrou um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/lucro-liquido\/\">lucro l\u00edquido<\/a> de R$ 53,75 milh\u00f5es no primeiro trimestre deste ano reverte o preju\u00edzo apresentado no mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado, de R$ 354,26 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A Brasdepar ressaltou que, como \u00e9 uma companhia de investimentos, teve sua receita operacional oriunda do resultado de equival\u00eancia pratimonial e juros sobre capital pr\u00f3prio\u00a0da <strong>Vale<\/strong>.
