O Grupo P\u00e3o de A\u00e7\u00facar (GPA)<\/strong> (PCAR3)<\/a> divulgou nesta quarta-feira (28) seus resultados do terceiro trimestre deste ano. O\u00a0 lucro l\u00edquido<\/a> da varejista foi de R$ 428 milh\u00f5es de reais, um crescimento de 178,6% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo de 2019, quando tinha sido de R$ 154 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\t

No segundo trimestre de 2020 o lucro l\u00edquido do GPA tinha sido de R$ 333 milh\u00f5es.\u00a0 Por sua vez, a\u00a0receita bruta<\/strong><\/a> consolidada da empresa foi de R$ 23,455 bilh\u00f5es no trimestre encerrado em setembro, com uma alta de 61,0% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado, quando tinha sido de R$ 14,571 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

O Ebitda<\/strong> (lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/a> R$ 1,63 bilh\u00e3o, alta de 95,9% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado, quando tinha sido de R$ 832 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Segundo o balan\u00e7o da companhia, as despesas com vendas, gerais e administrativas cresceram 57,4%, passando de R$ 1,983 bilh\u00e3o no terceiro trimestre de 2019 para R$ 3,121 bilh\u00f5es no terceiro trimestre de 2020.<\/p>\n\t

Por sua vez, os investimentos brutos do GPA<\/strong> consolidado totalizaram R$ 640 milh\u00f5es, com abertura de 7 novas lojas de Assa\u00ed no trimestre (5 org\u00e2nicas e 2 convers\u00f5es de Hiper), 1 Mini Extra e 1 posto de gasolina, al\u00e9m da convers\u00e3o de 8 lojas Extra Super para o formato Mercado Extra.<\/p>\n

Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a alavancagem,<\/strong> a rela\u00e7\u00e3o d\u00edvida l\u00edquida<\/strong><\/a>\/Ebitda<\/strong> ficou em 2,1x. Um patamar em linha ao apresentado no segundo trimestre deste ano, de 2,2x, Segundo a empresa, a posi\u00e7\u00e3o financeira \u00e9 s\u00f3lida, com um caixa de R$ 7,3 bilh\u00f5es correspondente a 124% da d\u00edvida de curto prazo (12 meses).<\/p>\n

As vendas do e-commerce alimentar cresceram 240% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior, impulsionadas pelo incremento significativo do n\u00famero de novos clientes (+202%). As vendas online de alimentos representam 6% das vendas totais do Multivarejo e 12,4% das vendas do P\u00e3o de A\u00e7\u00facar.<\/p>\n

Segundo Peter Estermann, diretor-presidente do GPA, “Chegamos ao final do terceiro trimestre com um desempenho muito positivo para os neg\u00f3cios no Brasil e nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais”.<\/p>\n

GPA quer spin off do Assa\u00ed<\/h2>\n

O resultado trimestral tamb\u00e9m indica como o Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a> do GPA autorizou o in\u00edcio dos estudos para separa\u00e7\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o da marca Assa\u00ed, com cis\u00e3o parcial da Companhia e de sua controlada Sendas.<\/p>\n\t
