A Companhia Energ\u00e9tica de S\u00e3o Paulo – Cesp (CESP6<\/a>; CESP3<\/a>; CESP5)<\/a> divulgou nessa quarta-feira (28) seus resultados no terceiro trimestre desse ano. A empresa reportou preju\u00edzo<\/a> de R$ 58,5 milh\u00f5es no per\u00edodo, contra preju\u00edzo de R$ 8 milh\u00f5es no terceiro trimestre de 2019.<\/p>\t

J\u00e1 a receita l\u00edquida<\/strong><\/a> fechou setembro em R$ 471 milh\u00f5es, com alta de 14% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anualizada. Segundo a companhia, o resultado foi puxado, “principalmente pela sazonaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de energia vendida e in\u00edcio das opera\u00e7\u00f5es de trading pela CESP Comercializadora”.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a empresa explicou que “o aumento na receita l\u00edquida<\/strong> foi compensado, parcialmente, pelo aumento no custo de compra de energia”.<\/p>\n

O Ebitda<\/strong> (lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>) ajustado ficou em R$ 236 milh\u00f5es entre julho e setembro desse ano, com um avan\u00e7o de 1% ante o mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado, quando o indicador ficou em R$ 234,6 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

A margem Ebitda<\/a> ajustada,<\/strong> por sua vez, passou de 57% no terceiro trimestre de 2019, para 50% no terceiro trimestre desse ano, com uma queda de 6 ponto percentuais.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a posi\u00e7\u00e3o de caixa e equivalentes de caixa no terceiro trimestre desse ano ficou em R$ 873 milh\u00f5es, ante R$ 541 milh\u00f5es no mesmo trimestre em 2019. J\u00e1 a d\u00edvida l\u00edquida<\/a> em 30 de setembro desse ano estava em R$ 1,099 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A companhia ainda destacou que “em decorr\u00eancia da revis\u00e3o do rating soberano, em julho de 2020, a Standard & Poor\u2019s<\/strong> (\u201cS&P\u201d) revisou a perspectiva do rating<\/a> da CESP de positiva para est\u00e1vel, ao mesmo tempo que reafirmou os ratings \u2018BB- \u2018na escala global e \u2018brAAA\u2019”.<\/p>\n\t

J\u00e1 a Fitch<\/strong> divulgou, em meados de julho, um relat\u00f3rio comunicando a atribui\u00e7\u00e3o do rating corporativo da companhia em ‘BB’ na escala internacional, com perspectiva negativa, e ‘AAA(bra)’ na escala nacional com perspectiva est\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n
