Acesse clicando aqui.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>O objetivo do projeto \u00e9 atender a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/oferta-demanda\/\">demanda<\/a> dos clientes pelo empr\u00e9stimo de FII e <strong>FIP,<\/strong> bem como disponibilizar mais um produto para empr\u00e9stimo e assim desenvolver o mercado de<strong> Fundos Imobili\u00e1rios,<\/strong> de acordo com o comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, fontes pr\u00f3ximas do assunto informaram ao jornal &#8216;InfoMoney&#8217;, que inicialmente, n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o todos os FIIs que estar\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis para empr\u00e9stimo, ao passo que no in\u00edcio os fundos ser\u00e3o selecionados atrav\u00e9s um filtro de liquidez e de n\u00famero de cotistas.<\/p>\n<p>O empr\u00e9stimo de a\u00e7\u00f5es ou cotas de FIIs permite que esses papeis possam sofrer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/venda-a-descoberto\/\"><strong>vendas ao descoberto<\/strong><\/a>, ou seja ser &#8220;shorteados&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>Investidores em FIIs chegam a um milh\u00e3o pela primeira vez<\/h2>\n<p>O N\u00famero de investidores<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/pessoa-fisica\/\"> pessoas f\u00edsicas<\/a> em FII chegou, em meados de setembro, em um milh\u00e3o, de acordo com o boletim publicado pela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/b3\/\">B3, <\/a>referente \u00e0 dados do fechamento de agosto.<\/p>\n<p>Em agosto de 2019, o total de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/dicas-para-investidores-iniciantes-29-05-2019\/\">investidores<\/a> em FIIs ficava em 698 mil. Atualmente, mais de 260 <strong>fundos imobili\u00e1rios<\/strong> j\u00e1 est\u00e3o listados no mercado brasileiro. segundo o boletim da <strong>B3<\/strong>.
