Em seguida, vieram os investidores pessoas f\u00edsicas, com 4.554.162 pap\u00e9is ordin\u00e1rios da companha. As entidades de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/previdencia-privada\/\"> previd\u00eancia privada<\/a> compraram 2.214.800 a\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A empresa precificou a a\u00e7\u00e3o em sua oferta p\u00fablica a R$ 9,40, abaixo da faixa indicativa de pre\u00e7o, estabelecida entre R$ 11,25 e R$ 15,25. Ao todo, a oferta captou R$ 633.421.820,00. Clique para saber mais!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Os coordenadores da oferta foram:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ita\u00fa BBA (l\u00edder);<\/li>\n<li>BTG Pactual;<\/li>\n<li>Bradesco BBI;<\/li>\n<li>Morgan Stanley;<\/li>\n<li>Caixa Econ\u00f4mico Federal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m foi aprovado o aumento do<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/capital-social\/\"> capital social<\/a> da companhia, dentro do limite autorizado, no montante de R$ 40 milh\u00f5es, passando de R$ 60,221 milh\u00f5es para R$ 100,228 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A empresa que opera com foco no programa governamental <strong>Minha Casa, Minha Vida<\/strong> pretende utilizar 60% dos recursos levantados na oferta prim\u00e1ria para o capital de giro da empresa. O restante, aproximadamente R$ 16 milh\u00f5es, ser\u00e3o destinados para a compra de novos terrenos<\/p>\n<h2>Sobre a Plano &amp; Plano<\/h2>\n<p>A Plano &amp; Plano foi criada em S\u00e3o Paulo (capital), em 1997, por Rodrigo Luna.
