Devido ao <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/aumento-capital\/\"><strong>aumento do capital social<\/strong><\/a> da Natura no \u00e2mbito da oferta global, o novo capital social da empresa passar\u00e1 a ser de R$ 12.586.978.409,83, dividido em 1.375.018.140 a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias, todas nominativas, escriturais e sem valor nominal.<\/p>\n<p>A oferta est\u00e1 sendo coordenada pelas seguintes institui\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Banco Morgan Stanley S.A.
