S\u00e3o empresas que possuem potencial para crescer, que tenham conte\u00fado tecnol\u00f3gico e que possam gerar empregos e renda.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/bndes-muda-criterios-finame\/\">Saiba mais:\u00a0BNDES muda crit\u00e9rios de credenciamento do Finame<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ainda de acordo com o presidente, o BNDES ter\u00e1 participa\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1xima de 30% no capital da empresa. Entretanto, o objetivo \u00e9 levar as empresas at\u00e9 a listagem na Bolsa de Valores.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, existe uma outra forma do BNDES participar no capital das empresas, que \u00e9 o <strong>BNDESPar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/bndespar\/\">BNDESPar<\/a> \u00e9 uma sociedade de participa\u00e7\u00f5es acion\u00e1rias do banco. O objetivo \u00e9 ter uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o em empresas que queiram abrir o capital.<\/p>\n<p>Nesse caso, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0poder\u00e1 subscrever at\u00e9 15% das a\u00e7\u00f5es em <strong>IPO<\/strong> (oferta p\u00fablica inicial de a\u00e7\u00f5es, traduzido do ingl\u00eas).<\/p>\n<p>O <strong>BNDES<\/strong> n\u00e3o subscrevia capital em empresas h\u00e1 tr\u00eas anos. At\u00e9 2015, o banco s\u00f3 entrava no capital de empresas pr\u00e9-operacionais e grandes empresas.
