O Grupo SBF, controlador da Centauro (CNTO3)<\/strong><\/a>, informou, em comunicado ao mercado na noite da \u00faltima quarta-feira (23), que n\u00e3o protocolou qualquer pedido de registro de oferta de a\u00e7\u00f5es, e tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o est\u00e1 realizando ou projetando a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer opera\u00e7\u00e3o desta natureza, seja da pr\u00f3pria empresa ou de outra controlada. A justificativa ocorre ap\u00f3s a empresa observar not\u00edcias em “determinadas mat\u00e9rias jornal\u00edsticas” sobre um suposto pedido de registro de oferta de a\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\t

A empresa esclareceu que a \u00fanica movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o feita nos \u00faltimos dias foi a da SBF Com\u00e9rcio de Produtos Esportivos<\/strong>, controlada da companhia, que realizou pedido de registro de companhia aberta na categoria B na Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

O pedido, de acordo com o controlador da varejista especializada no com\u00e9rcio de itens esportivos, foi realizado seguindo todas as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es contratuais assumidas no \u00e2mbito da primeira emiss\u00e3o de deb\u00eantures simples da SBF Com\u00e9rcio de Produtos Esportivos.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o grupo que controla a Centauro, a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o aplic\u00e1vel afirma que “emissores registrados como companhia aberta na categoria B da CVM n\u00e3o est\u00e3o autorizados a negociar a\u00e7\u00f5es em bolsa e, portanto, n\u00e3o est\u00e3o eleg\u00edveis a realizar uma oferta p\u00fablica de a\u00e7\u00f5es”.<\/p>\n

O comunicado assinado pelo Diretor de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es com Investidores, Jos\u00e9 Lu\u00eds Magalh\u00e3es Salazar, destaca que a companhia “manter\u00e1 seus acionistas e o mercado informado nos termos das legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o

O neg\u00f3cio engloba a gest\u00e3o do com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f4nico da companhia norte-americana no Brasil, al\u00e9m do controle de 24 unidades f\u00edsicas Nike Factory e aproximadamente 15 lojas parceiras.<\/p>\n
