O Tribunal Superior do Trabalho (TST) informou nessa segunda-feira (21) que aprovou, na mesma data, um reajuste de 2,6% para funcion\u00e1rios dos Correios<\/strong><\/a>, al\u00e9m de decidir que a greve n\u00e3o foi abusiva.<\/p>\t

Frente a isso, os funcion\u00e1rios dos correios, que estavam em greve desde o dia 17 de agosto,<\/a> dever\u00e3o retomar as atividade a partir da pr\u00f3xima ter\u00e7a-feira (22). Caso os funcion\u00e1rios n\u00e3o retomem as atividades, ter\u00e3o que pagar uma multa de R$ 100 mil por dia.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a decis\u00e3o prev\u00ea que metade dos dias de greve<\/strong> dever\u00e1 ser descontada do sal\u00e1rios dos funcion\u00e1rios da estatal<\/a>, enquanto a parte restante ter\u00e1 que ser compensada. Segundo a relatora do processo no TST,<\/strong> a ministra K\u00e1tia Arruda,<\/strong> “\u00e9 a primeira vez que julgamos uma mat\u00e9ria em que uma empresa retira praticamente todos os direitos dos empregados”.<\/p>\n

Funcion\u00e1rios dos Correios decretam greve nacional<\/h2>\n

A Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Trabalhadores em Empresas dos Correios e Similares (FENTECT) anunciou que os funcion\u00e1rios da estatal entraram em greve<\/strong> \u00e0s 22h do dia 17 de agosto. Segundo a entidade, n\u00e3o havia prazo para o fim da paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Correios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Cerca de 100 mil trabalhadores em todo o Brasil decretaram a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o nacional<\/strong> das atividades dos Correios. De acordo com a Fentect, a greve era “contra a retirada de direitos, contra a privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> da empresa e neglig\u00eancia com a sa\u00fade dos funcion\u00e1rios em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao novo coronav\u00edrus<\/strong> <\/a>(Covid-19)”.<\/p>\n\t

A federa\u00e7\u00e3o informou que entre os pontos que estavam sendo reivindicados estavam a retirada de 70 direitos dos 79 do atual Acordo Coletivo, como 30% do adicional de risco, vale alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, licen\u00e7a maternidade de 180 dias e aux\u00edlio creche.<\/p>\n

“Os trabalhadores tamb\u00e9m lutam contra a privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos Correios,<\/strong> o aumento descabido da participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhadores no Plano de Sa\u00fade, gerando grande evas\u00e3o, e o descaso e neglig\u00eancia com a sa\u00fade e vida dos ecetistas na pandemia da Covid-19″. De acordo com a FENTECT,\u00a0 houve aumento na participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos planos de sa\u00fade, enquanto houve redu\u00e7\u00e3o da parte da empresa, o que, segundo a federa\u00e7\u00e3o, se torna incompat\u00edvel com a m\u00e9dia do piso salarial dos funcion\u00e1rios, de R$ 1,7 mil.<\/p>\n\t
