Um executivo da \u00e1rea de recursos humanos do Banco Bradesco<\/strong> (BBDC4;<\/a>BBDC3<\/a>) informou, nessa sexta-feira (18), que a institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira fechou um acordo com seus funcion\u00e1rios para aplicar o home office<\/a> permanentemente.<\/p>\t

O executivo destacou que\u00a0 o\u00a0 acordo contou com o apoio do sindicato dos banc\u00e1rios. No combinado foi decidido que os funcion\u00e1rios poder\u00e3o ser designados para trabalhar remotamente pela quantidade de dias que o Bradesco e o funcion\u00e1rio combinarem.<\/p>\n

Cabe destacar que no cen\u00e1rio atual o banco conta com 94% da sua equipe administrativa e 50% da equipe que atua em ag\u00eancias, trabalhando remotamente, ou seja, est\u00e3o de home office.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Em meados de agosto, o presidente do banco, Octavio de Lazari<\/strong> Junior, j\u00e1 havia sinalizado a inten\u00e7\u00e3o da companhia de permitir que seus funcion\u00e1rios trabalhassem remotamente uma semana a cada m\u00eas, em m\u00e9dia. Nesse sentido, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o poderia economizar em alugueis e poderia vender alguns de seus im\u00f3veis.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 o diretor de recursos humanos do banco, Juliano Marc\u00edlio, apontou que com o home office, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel buscar pessoas que moram longe dos escrit\u00f3rios da institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o pretende fornecer cadeiras e uma ajuda de custo anual aos funcion\u00e1rios que trabalharem remotamente mais da metade da jornada de trabalho, para ajud\u00e1-los em contas como internet e energia. O valor do aux\u00edlio ser\u00e1 de aproximadamente R$ 1.000.<\/p>\n
