A Volkswagen<\/strong>\u00a0explicou as raz\u00f5es do recall<\/strong> tendo constatado um \u201cdesvio dimensional da rosca da porca de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o do fecho do cinto de seguran\u00e7a traseiro\u201d. Em caso de colis\u00e3o, a pe\u00e7a poder\u00e1 se soltar e deixar os ocupantes do banco traseiro, mesmo o central, desprovido da devida prote\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Desta forma, poder\u00e3o ocorrer les\u00f5es at\u00e9 graves, bem como riscos \u00e0 vida dos passageiros e motorista.<\/p>\n

A Volkswagen est\u00e1 convocando os propriet\u00e1rios dos ve\u00edculos ano\/modelo 2018 e 2019, fabricados entre 16 de maio e 14 de junho de 2018. Os n\u00fameros de chassis (n\u00e3o sequenciais) v\u00e3o de JT156496 a KT010470.<\/p>\n

A Volkswagen disponibiliza o telefone 0800 019 8866 e o site www.vw.com.br para agendamento do servi\u00e7o. O recall come\u00e7a a ser feito na rede VW a partir de 17 de dezembro. A montadora alem\u00e3 recomenda aos clientes que preservem o documento fiscal que atesta a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o para efeito de prote\u00e7\u00e3o legal, a fim de que seja repassado adiante ap\u00f3s a venda.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor, \u201co fornecedor n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 colocar no mercado de consumo produto ou servi\u00e7o que sabe ou deveria saber apresentar alto grau de nocividade ou periculosidade \u00e0 sa\u00fade ou seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
