Com isso, o Tribunal Superior do Trabalho<\/strong> (TST) marcou o julgamento da a\u00e7\u00e3o para o pr\u00f3ximo dia 21.<\/p>\t

Os funcion\u00e1rios dos Correios em todo o Brasil entraram em greve em 17 de agosto. A paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um protesto contra a privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa,\u00a0 a “neglig\u00eancia com a sa\u00fade dos trabalhadores” na pandemia e solicitam que os direitos trabalhistas sejam garantidos.<\/p>\n

No julgamento do pr\u00f3ximo dia 21, os ministros do TST podem decidir o valor do reajuste salarial e outras cl\u00e1usulas que ir\u00e3o vigorar no novo acordo coletivo de trabalho. No \u00faltimo julgamento, o Tribunal decidiu pela exclus\u00e3o de pais e m\u00e3es do plano de sa\u00fade da estatal.<\/p>\n

Em nota, os Correios informaram que seguem trabalhando para minimizar as consequ\u00eancias da paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o. “Os Correios seguem trabalhando para reduzir os efeitos da paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o parcial dos empregados. Durante o \u00faltimo fim de semana e feriado de Dia da Independ\u00eancia, os empregados das \u00e1reas administrativas e operacional estiveram mais uma vez unidos em prol da manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os da estatal”.<\/p>\n

Funcion\u00e1rios dos Correios v\u00e3o intensificar a greve, diz FENTECT<\/h2>\n

Os sindicatos que representam os trabalhadores dos Correios<\/strong> afirmaram que pretendem intensificar a greve e ampliar os protestos pelo pa\u00eds. A declara\u00e7\u00e3o aconteceu ap\u00f3s os funcion\u00e1rios recusarem a proposta do <\/b>TST, no dia 28 de agosto.<\/p>\n

O vice-presidente do TST, ministro Luiz Philippe Vieira de Mello Filho, prop\u00f4s aos funcion\u00e1rios dos Correios estender por mais um ano o Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho (ACT) do ano passado, mantendo os atuais benef\u00edcios, mas sem o reajuste de 5%.<\/p>\n

“A greve vai continuar. Vamos intensificar os piquete e as mobiliza\u00e7\u00f5es” disse o secret\u00e1rio da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional dos Trabalhadores em Empresas de Correios e Tel\u00e9grafos e Similares (FENTECT), Emerson Marinho, ao portal UOL.<\/p>\n\t

O trabalhadores queriam debater em Assembleias, desde que a proposta foi aceita. No entanto, os Correios afirmaram ser incab\u00edvel manter os termos atuais do ACT por causa do impacto da pandemia do novo coronav\u00edrus na empresa.<\/p>\n

“N\u00e3o vamos permitir nenhuma retirada de direitos como a empresa quer porque isso coloca os trabalhadores em uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o dif\u00edcil economicamente”, disso o representante dos trabalhadores dos Correios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t
