O Banco Central (BC)<\/a> concedeu autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Deutsche Leasing<\/strong> do Brasil para deixar de operar como uma sociedade de arrendamento mercantil e se tornar um banco m\u00faltiplo.<\/p>\t

A companhia alem\u00e3 chegou ao Pa\u00eds no ano de 2012, no entanto somente come\u00e7ou a realmente operar em 2015. A Deutsche Leasing possui, atualmente, uma carteira de cerca de R$ 350 milh\u00f5es e espera registrar um crescimento de 10% ao ano em 2021 e 2022.<\/p>\n

Conforme informa\u00e7\u00f5es publicadas pelo jornal “Valor Econ\u00f4mico”, desde o in\u00edcio do processo para se tornar um banco a empresa j\u00e1 promoveu aumentos de capital, que devem chegar a quase R$ 50 milh\u00f5es ao final de 2020, com investimentos da matriz alem\u00e3 e capitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de lucros, disse o diretor-presidente da Deutsche Leasing, Matheus Gera.<\/p>\n

O executivo afirmou que os clientes da institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira requeriam uma maior flexibilidade no cr\u00e9dito, dificultada pela condi\u00e7\u00e3o de sociedade de arrendamento mercantil. Com o aval da autoridade monet\u00e1ria, a empresa deve iniciar trabalhos com c\u00e9dulas de cr\u00e9dito banc\u00e1rio (CCB) e pretende expandir sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o para contemplar outros segmentos e refor\u00e7ar a presen\u00e7a em outros estados da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n

\u201cExiste uma quest\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria, porque o leasing<\/a> sempre \u00e9 faturado em S\u00e3o Paulo, que \u00e9 a nossa sede, mas com a CCB o cliente poder\u00e1 escolher faturar no Estado dele, que pode ser mais vantajoso, ter um ICMS [Imposto sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Servi\u00e7os]<\/a> mais baixo\u201d, declarou o diretor-presidente da companhia.<\/p>\n

Deutsche Leasing visa expandir sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o a outros setores<\/h2>\n

Atualmente, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira trabalho principalmente junto a ind\u00fastrias de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de bens de capital, como fabricantes de maquin\u00e1rio e equipamentos da \u201clinha amarela\u201d, qual escavadeiras, carregadeiras, guindastes, entre outros.<\/p>\n\t
