Os empr\u00e9stimos para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o e constru\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3veis no acumulado de 12 meses, por sua vez, totalizaram R$ 92,45 bilh\u00f5es, um crescimento de 36,8% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o ao n\u00famero registrado nos 12 meses anteriores.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/suno-one\/\">Suno One: acesse gratuitamente eBooks, Minicursos, Artigos e Video Aulas sobre investimentos com um \u00fanico cadastro. Clique para saber mais!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Caixa<\/strong> Econ\u00f4mica Federal manteve a lideran\u00e7a no setor, com R$ 5,528 bilh\u00f5es financiados nas modalidades constru\u00e7\u00e3o e aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o em julho. O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/estatal-so-se-for-de-graca\/\">banco estatal<\/a> \u00e9 seguido pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/bbdc4\/\">Bradesco (BBDC4)<\/a>, em segundo lugar com R$ 1,972 bilh\u00e3o; e pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/itub4\/\">Ita\u00fa Unibanco (ITUB4)<\/a>, em terceiro com R$ 1,748 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h2>Abecip avalia que poupan\u00e7a captada tem desempenho expressivo<\/h2>\n<p>A associa\u00e7\u00e3o ainda avaliou que a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/poupanca\/\">poupan\u00e7a captada<\/a> pelos agentes financeiros do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/sbpe\/\">Sistema Brasileiro de Poupan\u00e7a e Empr\u00e9stimo (SBPE)<\/a> obteve uma performance significativa em julho, com uma capta\u00e7\u00e3o l\u00edquida de R$ 22,4 bilh\u00f5es.
