Entre as determina\u00e7\u00f5es da Justi\u00e7a, est\u00e3o: o fornecimento de \u00e1lcool em gel, aux\u00edlio financeiro em caso de afastamento e pontos de apoio para higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o. A ju\u00edza Josiane Grossl, titular da 73\u00aa Vara do Trabalho de S\u00e3o Paulo, atendeu, com isso, um pedido que havia sido solicitado pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Trabalho. (foto: divulga\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"hubspot-form-wrapper\">\n\t<div id=\"single-form-target\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>A decis\u00e3o foi justificada pela ju\u00edza como uma preven\u00e7\u00e3o devido ao aumento da demanda delivey de comida com a chegada da pandemia de coronav\u00edrus. \u201cAo mesmo tempo em que a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do delivery reduz o risco de cont\u00e1gio do consumidor que recebe o produto em casa, os trabalhadores que realizam as entregas ficam expostos ao cont\u00e1gio do coronav\u00edrus e, em raz\u00e3o disso, necess\u00e1ria a tomada de medidas a fim de reduzir o risco de propaga\u00e7\u00e3o do v\u00edrus entre esses trabalhadores\u201d, disse Grossl.<\/p>\n<p>A al\u00e9m de produtos de higiene, a Uber dever\u00e1 instalar mais pontos de apoio aos entregadores, os denominados centros de higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o. O aplicativo conta, atualmente, com um local no centro da cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo, por\u00e9m outros quatro pontos dever\u00e3o ser instalados com a nova decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/suno-one\/\">Suno One: acesse gratuitamente eBooks, Minicursos, Artigos e Video Aulas sobre investimentos com um \u00fanico cadastro. Clique para saber mais!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A ju\u00edza tamb\u00e9m determinou que a empresa dever\u00e1 continuar com uma assist\u00eancia financeira aos trabalhadores que, por causa da contamina\u00e7\u00e3o pelo coronav\u00edrus, tiverem que se afastar das atividades. Isso dever\u00e1 permanecer at\u00e9 que a fase azul da quarentena seja decretada pelo governo estadual. A Uber dever\u00e1 arcar com multas que variam de R$ 1 mil ao valor m\u00e1ximo de R$ 500 mil por item n\u00e3o seguido.<\/p>\n<h2>Posicionamento da Uber<\/h2>\n<p>A <strong>Uber<\/strong> informou, em nota, que a Uber Eats \u201cj\u00e1 cumpre a maioria das medidas trazidas na decis\u00e3o\u201d. Sobre as exig\u00eancias que ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e3o sendo executadas, a companhia afirmou que vai recorrer.
