Entretanto, no Brasil o investimento m\u00ednimo em <strong>im\u00f3veis<\/strong> (prontos ou em constru\u00e7\u00e3o) \u00e9 de R$ 700 mil reais para os Estados do Norte e Nordeste e R$ 1 milh\u00e3o para as outras regi\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>O <strong>investimento<\/strong> \u00e9 v\u00e1lido apenas em im\u00f3veis residenciais ou comerciais urbanos, n\u00e3o est\u00e1 incluso propriedades rurais.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/inflacao-do-aluguel-novembro\/\">Saiba mais:\u00a0Infla\u00e7\u00e3o do aluguel tem queda de 0,49% em novembro<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Resid\u00eancia<\/h2>\n<p>Primeiramente o investimento tem que ser validado por um banco brasileiro. Depois disso, o imigrante ter\u00e1 uma autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria de dois anos. Esse prazo \u00e9 a garantia de que o im\u00f3vel continua com o mesmo dono e que tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 conservado. Ap\u00f3s isso, a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o fica permanente.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o estrangeiro precisa morar por pelo menos 30 dias no Brasil, para que seja liberada a resid\u00eancia. Entretanto, ap\u00f3s quatro anos como residente, a naturaliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 liberada e pode ser pedida.<\/p>\n<p>A norma \u00e9 do <strong>Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho<\/strong> (MTE) e surgiu como a nova <strong>Lei de Migra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong> Ela est\u00e1 em vigor h\u00e1 um ano.<\/p>\n<h3>M\u00e9todo antigo<\/h3>\n<p>Antes da nova lei, as autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es de perman\u00eancia de investidores eram dadas para quem investisse em empresas, processo demorar e complexo.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com os advogados da \u00e1rea, essa mudan\u00e7a pode colocar o Brasil em um grupo de pa\u00edses que se beneficia de investimentos estrangeiros, de maneiras mais simples.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<h4 class=\"intertitulo\">Atraindo investidores<\/h4>\n<p>Conforme o presidente do <strong>Conselho Nacional de Imigra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> (CNIg), ligado ao MTE, Hugo Gallo da Silva, essa medida facilita a entrada de investidores no mercado.<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo \u00e9 se inspirar em pol\u00edticas de atra\u00e7\u00e3o de estrangeiros que d\u00e3o certo em outros pa\u00edses.
