Em junho, a Avon, pertencente ao grupo Natura, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/?s=natura+hacker\">havia informado que sofreu ataque hacker<\/a> e que as opera\u00e7\u00f5es haviam sido afetadas.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/o-que-receita-liquida\/\">receita l\u00edquida<\/a> atingiu R$ 6,9 bilh\u00f5es no per\u00edodo de abril a junho, esse valor representa uma queda de 12,7% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o de base anual. A empresa de cosm\u00e9ticos investiu R$ 150,8 milh\u00f5es no segundo trimestre. Por sua vez, o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda-ajustado\/\">Ebitda ajustado<\/a> atingiu R$ 615,2 milh\u00f5es, baixa de 42,2%. A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/margem-ebitda\/\">margem Ebitda<\/a> alcan\u00e7ou 8,8%, queda de 4,5 pontos percentuais.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3--KYS_wrT8\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>Natura investe na startup de delivery de servi\u00e7os de beleza Singu<\/h2>\n<p>A Natura anunciou na \u00faltima segunda-feira (10) investimentos na Singu, uma plataforma digital brasileira voltada para servi\u00e7os de beleza em domic\u00edlio.<\/p>\n<p>A startup trabalha com delivery de servi\u00e7os de bem-estar e foi criada pelo mesmo fundador da Easy T\u00e1xi, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/tudo-sobre\/tallis-gomes\/\">Tallis Gomes<\/a>. O valor investido n\u00e3o foi divulgado, no entanto o acordo d\u00e1 a Natura a possibilidade de a totalidade do neg\u00f3cio no futuro.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUm dos pontos fortes da combina\u00e7\u00e3o entre Natura e Singu, que tem sido objeto de estudo pelos times e poder\u00e1 ser implementado, ser\u00e1 o de fornecer a milhares de consultoras de beleza Natura a oportunidade de gerar mais renda, permitindo que ofere\u00e7am, por meio da plataforma, servi\u00e7os como de maquiadora, cabeleireira, manicure, entre outros\u201d, destacou a companhia, em comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>A transa\u00e7\u00e3o foi estruturada pelos escrit\u00f3rios BVA Advogados, Cescon Barrieu Advogados e BMA Advogados, ap\u00f3s meses de negocia\u00e7\u00f5es. A startup conta com cerca de 3 mil profissionais de beleza cadastrados e possui quase 200 mil clientes ativos.
