No segundo trimestre de 2019 esse montante era de R$ 329,6 milh\u00f5es, o equivalente a queda de 43,7% em um ano. Por sua vez o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda\/\">Ebitda (lucro antes de impostos, juros, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/a> ficou em negativo de R$ 854,7 milh\u00f5es. Em <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda-ajustado\/\">termos ajustados, o Ebitda<\/a> somou R$ 48,6 milh\u00f5es, queda de 80%.<\/p>\n<p>O resultado operacional l\u00edquido (NOI) registrou queda de 52,9%, para R$ 137,4 milh\u00f5es. J\u00e1 o indicador do fluxo de caixa (FFO), ficou negativo em R$ 611,7 milh\u00f5es. Clique para saber mais!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>O aluguel m\u00ednimo totalizou R$ 144,8 milh\u00f5es no trimestre, redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 20,1% quando exclu\u00eddos os shoppings vendidos, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo trimestre do ano anterior.
