O<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda\/\"> Ebitda (lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o) ajustado<\/a> alcan\u00e7ou R$7,7 bilh\u00f5es, avan\u00e7o de 87,9% quando comparado com o primeiro trimestre e queda de 79,4% quando comparado com o mesmo per\u00edodo no ano passado. A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/margem-ebitda\/\">margem Ebitda<\/a> ajustada ficou em 9,2%.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a empresa de ramo imobili\u00e1rio, o processo de reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o foi no primeiro trimestre e o planejamento constava que no per\u00edodo de abril a junho a inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o da fase de crescimento com a retomada dos lan\u00e7amentos. &#8220;Contudo, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da pandemia do novo coronav\u00edrus (covid-19), a administra\u00e7\u00e3o optou por postegar os lan\u00e7amentos para o segundo semestre de 2020. Clique para saber mais!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As vendas brutas totalizaram R$ 41,4 milh\u00f5es neste trimestre, um aumento de 6,8% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o primeiro trimestre, &#8220;mesmo em plena pandemia&#8221;.
