O presidente do Bradesco<\/strong> (BBDC4)<\/a>, Octavio de Lazari Junior, afirmou que o banco planeja manter funcion\u00e1rios em regime de home office, em m\u00e9dia, uma semana por m\u00eas. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es foram publicadas nesta sexta-feira (31) pela ag\u00eancia “Reuters”.<\/p>\t

O Bradesco registrou uma queda de 40,1% no lucro l\u00edquido recorrente do 2\u00ba trimestre<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n

O executivo informou, em entrevista, que os planos do Bradesco de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho remoto para os seus quase 97 mil empregados t\u00eam como objetivo economizar no aluguel e vender determinados im\u00f3veis.<\/p>\n

Apesar disso, \u201co trabalho remoto em per\u00edodo integral n\u00e3o \u00e9 produtivo, pois as pessoas precisam trocar ideias e entender a cultura do banco\u201d, destacou o presidente da institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira. Lazari destacou que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio encontrar o equil\u00edbrio entre trabalhar em casa e no escrit\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n

\u201cTamb\u00e9m tivemos que levar em conta que os brasileiros t\u00eam realidades diferentes. Nem todo mundo consegue cumprir uma jornada de trabalho integral em casa, \u00e0s vezes mora com mais quatro ou cinco pessoas”, acrescentou o executivo.<\/p>\n

Dessa forma, o banco espera que a nova rotatividade dos trabalhadores ir\u00e1 permitir ao Bradesco movimentar entre R$ 600 milh\u00f5es a R$ 800 milh\u00f5es com a venda de ativos imobili\u00e1rios e gerar uma economia anual de R$ 100 milh\u00f5es em aluguel.<\/p>\n

Bradesco busca redefinir local de trabalho<\/h2>\n

Com a pandemia, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira mant\u00e9m, atualmente, quase 94% da equipe administrativa e metade dos empregados da filial trabalhando de casa. O presidente do Bradesco, inclusive, informou que trabalha presencialmente na sede do banco somente \u00e0s segundas-feiras.<\/p>\n

Nesse sentido, o executivo afirmou esperar que a maior parte da for\u00e7a de trabalho comece a retornar aos escrit\u00f3rios gradualmente nos meses de setembro e outubro. Para isso, a companhia comprou mais de meio milh\u00e3o de testes para covid-19 e colocou um fim \u00e0s mesas fixas, o que deve permitir maior flexibilidade do espa\u00e7o restante do escrit\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, o tempo que cada trabalhador passa na sede ir\u00e1 depender de sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o na empresa. Os atendentes de telemarketing, por exemplo, devem permanecer mais de uma semana por m\u00eas em home office. Ao mesmo tempo, funcion\u00e1rios da \u00e1rea de TI que estejam trabalhando em um grande projeto poder\u00e3o passar mais tempo no escrit\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n

Home office integra planos de corte de custos<\/h2>\n

O presidente do Bradesco comunicou que a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho remoto integra planos mais amplos de reduzir custos entre 5% e 7% a partir do pr\u00f3ximo ano.<\/p>\n

Com isso, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira planeja diminuir o n\u00famero de seguran\u00e7a nas ag\u00eancias e economizar com transporte e dinheiro em carro-forte, entre outras.<\/p>\n

O banco tamb\u00e9m renovar\u00e1 quase 700 de suas mais de 4.100 ag\u00eancias banc\u00e1rias ainda neste ano. A companhia espera focar mais na gera\u00e7\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios , como venda de produtos e servi\u00e7os, e n\u00e3o em transa\u00e7\u00f5es como pagamentos de contas e transfer\u00eancias de dinheiro. Para o presidente do Bradesco<\/strong>, a reforma ir\u00e1 diminuir os custos por ag\u00eancias, em vista da menor exig\u00eancia por espa\u00e7o, seguran\u00e7as e carros blindados para transportar papel-moeda.<\/p>\n
