A companhia j\u00e1 estaria em fases iniciais de acordos com 25 poss\u00edveis interessados no neg\u00f3cio. Na B3, o c\u00f3digo passa de TIMP3 para TIMS3. <\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a rede neutra que a <strong>Oi<\/strong> vender\u00e1 o controle, o diretor-presidente da TIM, Pietro Labriola, destacou que a Tim n\u00e3o possui interesse nesse tipo de neg\u00f3cio. \u201cN\u00e3o estamos interessados na InfraCo. No futuro, poderemos ser clientes\u201d, disse o executivo.<\/p>\n<p>Por outro lado, a oferta vinculante que a TIM fez, junto a Telef\u00f4nica e a Claro, pelos <strong>ativos m\u00f3veis<\/strong> da Oi permanece sendo tratada como importante pela empresa, por\u00e9m Labriola disse que sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cn\u00e3o \u00e9 uma quest\u00e3o de vida ou morte\u201d. Entretanto, ele destacou que em caso de uma concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o do neg\u00f3cio, a TIM sair\u00e1 fortalecida.<\/p>\n<p>Recentemente, o aumento pela demanda por banda larga tem feito com que investidores olhem com mais carinho para este tipo de servi\u00e7o no Brasil. Labriola afirmou, durante a teleconfer\u00eancia da empresa, que sua companhia dever\u00e1 receber ofertas n\u00e3o vinculantes j\u00e1 no m\u00eas de setembro.<\/p>\n<p>Outras empresas brasileiras de telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es fizeram, recentemente, algumas jogadas para atrair investimentos nesta \u00e1rea. A ideia da Tim, diferente da Oi e da Telef\u00f4nica, \u00e9 lan\u00e7ar uma rede aberta e n\u00e3o neutra, inicialmente.
