A AES j\u00e1 levantou os recursos, parte do caixa e parte com cr\u00e9dito. O <strong>BNDES\u00a0<\/strong>ainda ficaria com uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o remanescente de 9,91% e venderia os pap\u00e9is em bolsa posteriormente.<\/p>\n<p>A empresa norte-americana tamb\u00e9m se comprometeu com o banco de desenvolvimento a realizar a migra\u00e7\u00e3o da geradora de energia <strong>AES Tiet\u00ea<\/strong> do N\u00edvel 2 da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/b3\/\">B3<\/a> para o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/novo-mercado\/\">Novo Mercado<\/a>, segundo fontes ouvidas pelo jornal. O diferencial entre as propostas se d\u00e1 pela possibilidade de receber a totalidade em dinheiro e pelo pre\u00e7o mais atrativo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTem algum pr\u00eamio sobre uma a\u00e7\u00e3o que subiu bastante\u201d, declarou uma fonte. \u201cN\u00e3o \u00e9 razo\u00e1vel considerar melhor uma proposta que implicar\u00e1 em uma posterior briga societ\u00e1ria e na perman\u00eancia do banco como acionista por per\u00edodo indefinido\u201d, acrescentou.<\/p>\n<h2>Eneva faz nova proposta para AES Tiet\u00ea<\/h2>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/enev3\/\"><strong>Eneva<\/strong> (ENEV3)<\/a> enviou na \u00faltima quinta-feira (23) uma nova oferta para fus\u00e3o com a AES Tiet\u00ea, na qual o BNDES tamb\u00e9m ficaria com participa\u00e7\u00e3o acion\u00e1ria. Na proposta da brasileira, o valor impl\u00edcito por a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de R$ 18,88, na composi\u00e7\u00e3o entre a\u00e7\u00f5es e dinheiro.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/eneva-enev3-faz-nova-proposta-de-fusao-com-a-aes-tiete\/\">Saiba mais: Eneva (ENEV3) faz nova proposta de fus\u00e3o com a AES Tiet\u00ea<\/a><\/p>\n<p>O valor daria um pr\u00eamio de 10% ao banco em compara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 oferta da companhia norte-americana. O BNDES, no entanto, colocaria cerca de R$ 200 milh\u00f5es no caixa, pela propor\u00e7\u00e3o de sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>No cen\u00e1rio de venda para a Eneva, seria esperado um embate societ\u00e1rio com a <strong>AES<\/strong>, visto que a mesma n\u00e3o deseja vender sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o e j\u00e1 comunicou n\u00e3o ter interessa na fus\u00e3o.
