No documento, a JHSF destacou que as vendas contratadas alcan\u00e7aram R$ 339,7 milh\u00f5es entre abril e junho desse ano. O montante \u00e9 466,1% maior do que o anotado no mesmo per\u00edodo de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>A companhia ainda destacou o aumento de 532,4% das vendas contratadas na Fazenda Boa Vista, que alcan\u00e7aram R$ 288,4 milh\u00f5es no segundo trimestre de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 o Fasano Cidade Jardim (lan\u00e7ado em setembro do ano passado) e Boa Vista Village, apresentaram vendas de R$ 5,1 milh\u00f5es e R$ 46,1 milh\u00f5es, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>As vendas com incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o, no primeiro trimestre deste ano, j\u00e1 haviam crescido 130,5%.
