O Grupo Soma pediu o registro para IPO no final de fevereiro, por\u00e9m suspendeu os planos em raz\u00e3o da pandemia. \u00c0 \u00e9poca, a empresa informou que a oferta secund\u00e1ria teria quase 40 vendedores.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo aviso ao mercado publicado pela CVM, ser\u00e3o ofertadas 136,36 milh\u00f5es de a\u00e7\u00f5es na tranche prim\u00e1ria. O opera\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m prev\u00ea a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de lotes suplementar e adicional em favor de coordenadores da oferta e para investidores, caso haja <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/oferta-demanda\/\">excesso de demanda<\/a>. Clique para saber mais!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dessa maneira, \u00e0 depender da precifica\u00e7\u00e3o do ativo e do volume de a\u00e7\u00f5es, a oferta poderia chegar perto de R$ 2 bilh\u00f5es. Considerando o centro da faixa estimada de pre\u00e7o por papel, de R$ 8,80 a R$ 11 reais cada, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o movimentaria quase R$ 1,82 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Os recursos da oferta prim\u00e1ria ir\u00e3o para o caixa da companhia. O documento, entretanto, n\u00e3o cita o montante de a\u00e7\u00f5es na tranche secund\u00e1ria, composta de ativos dos atuais s\u00f3cios do Grupo Soma. \u00c0 \u00e9poca da suspens\u00e3o devido ao agravamento da crise, a empresa informou que a oferta secund\u00e1ria teria quase 40 vendedores.<\/p>\n<p>Assim sendo, o IPO da empresa ser\u00e1 coordenado por Ita\u00fa BBA, JPMorgan, Bank of America e XP Investimentos.<\/p>\n<h2>Grupo Soma cresce apoiado em ciclo de aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n<p>A varejista foi fundada em 1991 e cresceu apoiada em um ciclo de aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es. O Grupo comunicou, no prospecto preliminar da oferta, que pretende utilizar os recursos captados com o oferta prim\u00e1ria para abrir novas lojas e comprar mais marcas, bem como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/dividendos\/\">pagar dividendos<\/a> e d\u00edvidas.<\/p>\n<p>A companhia registrou uma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/receita-liquida\/\">receita l\u00edquida<\/a> de R$ 1,3 bilh\u00e3o em 2019, uma alta de 20,5% ante o ano anterior.
