Foto: Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/figcaption>\n\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vale destacar que essa unidade da JBS j\u00e1 havia sido interditada no dia 24 de abril at\u00e9 20 de maio, quando a Justi\u00e7a permitiu a reabertura, e depois foi interditada novamente em 25 de junho, em raz\u00e3o do novo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/tags\/coronavirus\/\"><strong>coronav\u00edrus<\/strong> (Covid-19)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a desembargadora Vania Maria Cunha Mattos, do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 4\u00aa Regi\u00e3o (TRT-4), a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o da unidade at\u00e9 o julgamento do recurso &#8211; mantida a interdi\u00e7\u00e3o- poderia inviabilizar a pr\u00f3pria atividade econ\u00f4mica, pois seria rompida toda a cadeia produtiva, com preju\u00edzo inequ\u00edvoco n\u00e3o s\u00f3 dos empregos \u2014 diretos e indiretos, como a arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o de impostos, afora, desabastecer a popula\u00e7\u00e3o em geral.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/suno-one\/\">Suno One: acesse gratuitamente eBooks, Minicursos, Artigos e Video Aulas sobre investimentos com um \u00fanico cadastro. Clique para saber mais!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Contudo, Mattos destacou que a companhia ter\u00e1 que manter todas as normas de higiene e seguran\u00e7a do trabalho, al\u00e9m de garantir que somente funcion\u00e1rios assintom\u00e1ticos trabalhem para mitigar o risco de propaga\u00e7\u00e3o da Covid-19.<\/p>\n<h2>Unidade da JBS em Passo Fundo \u00e9 interditada<\/h2>\n<p>Os auditores fiscais do Trabalho vinculados ao <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/tags\/ministerio-da-economia\/page\/12\/\">Minist\u00e9rio da Economia<\/a> interditaram a unidade de Passo Fundo no dia 24 de abril deste ano. A vistoria que resultou na ordem de paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu ap\u00f3s den\u00fancia do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Trabalho do Estado (MPT\/RS).<\/p>\n<p>Segundo dados divulgados pela Secretaria Estadual de Sa\u00fade, a planta apresentava 2 funcion\u00e1rios com diagn\u00f3stico positivo para a Covid-19 e tr\u00eas haviam contatos pr\u00f3ximos confirmados.
