Segundo a Marfrig, essa capta\u00e7\u00e3o substituir\u00e1 o empr\u00e9stimo ponte (<em>bridge loan<\/em>), do mesmo montante financeiro.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Essa opera\u00e7\u00e3o segue em linha com a estrat\u00e9gia de <em>Liability Management<\/em> que visa a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de custo e alongamento do perfil de endividamento&#8221;, informou a companhia.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/suno-one\/\">Suno One: o primeiro passo para alcan\u00e7ar a sua independ\u00eancia financeira. Acesse agora, \u00e9 gratuito!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o, que j\u00e1 estava nos planos da Marfrig, foi relevada pelo vice-presidente de finan\u00e7as e de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/relacoes-com-investidores\/\">Rela\u00e7\u00f5es com Investidores<\/a>, Tang David, em meados de maio, junto a analistas em teleconfer\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 \u00e9poca, segundo Tang, a companhia poderia diminuir o percentual de vencimento de <strong>d\u00edvidas<\/strong> no curto prazo, de 25% para 15%.
