O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda\/\">Ebtida (lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/a> da Helbor passou de R$ 5 milh\u00f5es entre janeiro a mar\u00e7o de 2019 para R$ 18,1 milh\u00f5es no primeiro trimestre de 2020. No mesmo per\u00edodo, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/margem-ebitda\/\">margem Ebitda<\/a> subiu 7%.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A companhia e o setor tiveram um in\u00edcio de ano extremamente promissor com forte demanda pelos nossos produtos al\u00e9m das condi\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras muito favor\u00e1veis aos compradores. No entanto, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o quarto trimestre esse valor representa queda de 49%.<\/p>\n<p>As despesas gerais e administrativas totalizaram R4 19,4 milh\u00f5es, queda de 8% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao montante de R$ 21,1 milh\u00f5es divulgados no primeiro trimestre de 2019. Desta forma, as despesas representaram 7,5% da receita l\u00edquida.<\/p>\n<h2>Helbor reporta preju\u00edzo de R$ 104 mi em 2019<\/h2>\n<p>A Helbor apresentou um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/prejuizos-acumulados\/\">preju\u00edzo<\/a> de R$ 104,19 milh\u00f5es em 2019. As perdas, no entanto, foram 69,4% menores do que em 2018, quando o preju\u00edzo foi de R$ 340,93 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a construtora, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/receita-liquida-operacional\/\">receita operacional l\u00edquida<\/a>, no acumulado de 2019, atingiu R$ 1,29 bilh\u00e3o, 103,7% maior do que o reportado um ano anterior.
