No momento n\u00e3o pretendemos apresentar uma nova proposta pela AES Tiet\u00ea\u201d, declarou o presidente da Eneva falando em uma teleconfer\u00eancia sobre os resultados da empresa.<\/p>\n<p>No dia 1\u00ba de mar\u00e7o a Eneva tinha apresentado uma oferta hostil para a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o dos ativos da companhia. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o era avaliada em R$ 6,6 bilh\u00f5es, dos quais R$ 2,75 bilh\u00f5es pagos em dinheiro aos acionistas e o restante em a\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Entretanto, no dia 20 de abril o conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o da AES rejeitou a oferta, argumentando que o valor subavaliava seus ativos e que a opera\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o tinha sentido estrat\u00e9gico para a empresa.
