A empresa de rede de shopping centers administra 29 unidades.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"?Via Varejo (VVAR3) faz follow on, BCE dobra bazooka monet\u00e1rio, coronavoucher na China\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Od1o1o0Aouc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>A companhia tamb\u00e9m anunciou que, at\u00e9 o momento, as opera\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 foram retomadas em 11 plantas, o que representam aproximadamente 30% da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/receita-operacional\/\">receita operacional l\u00edquida<\/a> (NOI, na sigla em ingl\u00eas) da empresa.<\/p>\n<h2>BR Malls registra queda de 23,5% no lucro l\u00edquido do 1T20<\/h2>\n<p>A operadora de shopping\u00a0 reportou nesta quinta-feira um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/lucro-liquido\/\">lucro l\u00edquido<\/a> de R$ 118,5 milh\u00f5es no primeiro trimestre de 2020, uma queda de 23,5% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lp.suno.com.br\/suno-one\/\">Suno One: acesse gratuitamente eBooks, Minicursos, Artigos e Video Aulas sobre investimentos com um \u00fanico cadastro. Clique para saber mais!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>No mesmo sentido, a receita da BR Malls apresentou um recuo de 4,5% nos primeiros tr\u00eas meses deste ano, para R$ 283,7 milh\u00f5es, na rela\u00e7\u00e3o ano a ano.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a empresa, o indicador foi afetado pela venda de nove opera\u00e7\u00f5es nos \u00faltimos 12 meses. A companhia, por\u00e9m, aumentou sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o em quatro shoppings no primeiro trimestre. A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/receita-liquida\/\">receita l\u00edquida<\/a> ajustada, dessa maneira, anotou uma queda de 5,8% no per\u00edodo, para R$ 296 milh\u00f5es. Os n\u00fameros excluindo as opera\u00e7\u00f5es vendidas, segundo a rede, tiveram um crescimento de 1,9%.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/br-malls-brlm3-retoma-atividades-de-dois-shoppings-no-parana\/\">Saiba mais: BR Malls (BRLM3) retoma atividades de dois shoppings no Paran\u00e1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a companhia informou que o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda\/\">lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o (Ebitda)<\/a> registrou uma alta de 5,7% entre os meses de janeiro e mar\u00e7o de 2020, para R$ 245,8 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Ao mesmo tempo, a BR Malls reportou uma retra\u00e7\u00e3o de 64% nas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/despesas-operacionais\/\">despesas operacionais<\/a>, a R$ 14,7 milh\u00f5es, nos primeiros tr\u00eas meses do ano, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2019. Enquanto, as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/despesas-financeiras\/\">despesas financeiras<\/a> ca\u00edram de R$ 56,6 milh\u00f5es, para R$ 41,3 milh\u00f5es no per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n<h2>Vendas e alugu\u00e9is &#8216;mesmas lojas&#8217; sobem no 1T20<\/h2>\n<p>A companhia ainda informou que as vendas &#8216;mesmas lojas&#8217; e o aluguel &#8216;mesmas lojas&#8217; (que considera o desempenho de unidades h\u00e1 mais de um ano) registram um aumento de 4,3% e 7,4%, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>No acumulado dos primeiros dois meses, foi registrado uma queda de 13% e 9% no per\u00edodo, em raz\u00e3o dos efeitos das medidas de isolamento social e de restri\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 circula\u00e7\u00e3o para conter o avan\u00e7o da pandemia do novo coronav\u00edrus.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/br-malls-brml3-retoma-as-atividades-de-dois-shoppings\/\">Saiba mais: BR Malls (BRML3) retoma as atividades de dois shoppings<\/a><\/p>\n<p>O aluguel m\u00ednimo teve crescimento de 2% quando exclu\u00eddos os shoppings vendidos, para R$ 184,9 milh\u00f5es no per\u00edodo.
