A B3, no entanto, reiterou que n\u00e3o implicar\u00e1 em provis\u00e3o cont\u00e1bil dos valores das multas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A B3 reafirma seu entendimento de que o \u00e1gio foi constitu\u00eddo regularmente, em estrita conformidade com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal, e informa que j\u00e1 op\u00f4s embargos de declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 senten\u00e7a&#8221;, informou a B3.<\/p>\n<p>Os autos de infra\u00e7\u00e3o aplicados pela Receita Federal que se referem ao <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/csll\/\">Imposto de Renda Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o Social sobre o Lucro L\u00edquido (CSLL)<\/a>, multas e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/juros\/\">juros<\/a> j\u00e1 totalizam bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<h2>Fluxo de estrangeiros \u00e9 negativo em R$ 7,44 bilh\u00f5es, aponta B3<\/h2>\n<p>A empresa informou na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (2) que o fluxo de investimentos estrangeiros foi negativo em R$ 7,44 bilh\u00f5es, segundo os seus dados operacionais do m\u00eas de maio.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/b3-b3sa3-fluxo-de-estrangeiros-negativo-maio\/\">Saiba mais: B3 (B3SA3): em maio, fluxo de estrangeiros \u00e9 negativo em R$ 7,44 bilh\u00f5es<\/a><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a B3, a sa\u00edda dos investidores estrangeiros subiu 46,74% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a abril, quando foram sacados R$ 5,07 bilh\u00f5es.
