Acesse agora, \u00e9 gratuito!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A Lufthansa pretende reduzir os custos de forma l\u00edquida em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o n\u00edvel anterior \u00e0 crise&#8221;, comunicou a companhia.<\/p>\n<h2>Alemanha aprova socorro de at\u00e9 9 bi de euros \u00e0 Lufthansa<\/h2>\n<p>A Lufthansa informou em meados de maio que o Fundo de Estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o Econ\u00f4mica (WSF, na sigla original) do governo da Alemanha aprovou um pacote de socorro de at\u00e9 9 bilh\u00f5es de euros (cerca de R$ 53,64 bilh\u00f5es) \u00e0 empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme comunicado divulgado pela maior companhia a\u00e9rea alem\u00e3, a proposta tamb\u00e9m obteve apoio do conselho executivo da Lufthansa. O pacote de resgate prev\u00ea medidas de estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e empr\u00e9stimos para garantir suporte \u00e0 empresa em meio \u00e0 crise induzida pela pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo documento, o WSF deter\u00e1 20% do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/capital-social\/\">capital social<\/a> da a\u00e9rea, com possibilidade de elevar essa participa\u00e7\u00e3o para 25% mais uma a\u00e7\u00e3o se uma outra companhia tentar assumir o controle da empresa. O WSF n\u00e3o ir\u00e1 exercer seus direitos de voto, com exce\u00e7\u00e3o em casos de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O Fundo comprar\u00e1 5,7 bilh\u00f5es de euros em ativos da <strong>Lufthansa<\/strong>, conforme a nota divulgada. A participa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 tempor\u00e1ria e poder\u00e1 ser reduzida integral ou parcialmente por trimestre pela companhia.
