Clique para saber mais.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso , a companhia j\u00e1 havia informado, durante uma teleconfer\u00eancia, na \u00faltima semana que as negocia\u00e7\u00f5es de d\u00edvida com os banco p\u00fablicos e privados estavam pr\u00f3ximas de se firmar.<\/p>\n<h2>Resultados da CSN no 1T20<\/h2>\n<p>A empresa divulgou, na noite da \u00faltima quinta-feira (14), um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/prejuizos-acumulados\/\">preju\u00edzo l\u00edquido<\/a> de R$ 1,31 bilh\u00e3o no primeiro trimestre deste ano. O resultado reverte o lucro l\u00edquido apresentado no mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado, de R$ 87 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a companhia, esse resultado financeiro ocorreu em fun\u00e7\u00e3o de &#8220;apontamentos n\u00e3o-operacionais e n\u00e3o-caixa&#8221;, como <em>hedge accounting<\/em> e perda do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/valor-de-mercado\/\">valor de mercado<\/a> das a\u00e7\u00f5es da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/acoes\/usim5\/\"><strong>Usiminas<\/strong> (USIM5)<\/a> que a CSN possui.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ebitda-ajustado\/\"><strong>Ebitda<\/strong> (lucro antes de juros, impostos, deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o) ajustado<\/a> chegou a R$ 1,33 bilh\u00e3o, queda de 23% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o ao primeiro trimestre de 2019. A d\u00edvida l\u00edquida da empresa, por sua vez, aumentou 27% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anualizada, indo para R$ 32,8 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Dessa forma, a alavancagem financeira da companhia, calculada pela rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a d\u00edvida l\u00edquida e o Ebitda ajusto, \u00e9 de 4,78x, 1,01 vezes superior ao indicador apresentado um ano antes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/csn-csn3-prejuizo-1t20\/\">Sabia mais: CSN (CSNA3) registra preju\u00edzo de R$ 1,31 bilh\u00e3o no 1T20<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a <strong>CSN<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m destacou a emiss\u00e3o de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/bonds\/\">novos <em>bonds<\/em><\/a> com vencimento em 2028, no valor de US$ 1 bilh\u00e3o (cerca de R$ 5,89 bilh\u00f5es na cota\u00e7\u00e3o atual).
