Segundo o executivo, em teleconfer\u00eancia com analistas, a empresa est\u00e1 em negocia\u00e7\u00f5es avan\u00e7adas com bancos para obter um empr\u00e9stimo com prazo de tr\u00eas anos que substituiria a antiga d\u00edvida.<\/p>\n<p>Dessa forma, segundo Tang, a companhia poderia diminuir o percentual de vencimento de <strong>d\u00edvidas<\/strong> no curto prazo, de 25% para 15%. Clique para saber mais<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, <strong>Marcos Molina<\/strong>, fundador e controlador da companhia do setor frigor\u00edficos, disse na mesma teleconfer\u00eancia que a National Beef dever\u00e1 come\u00e7ar a distribuir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/dividendos\/\">dividendos<\/a> para seus acionistas a partir de julho, o que pode ajudar a empresa a reduzir seu endividamento utilizando tais recursos.<\/p>\n<p>A companhia estadunidense suspendeu a distibui\u00e7\u00e3o de proventos no primeiro trimestre deste ano, por delibera\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3pria, em raz\u00e3o dos efeitos da pandemia do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/?s=coronavirus\">novo <strong>coronav\u00edrus<\/strong> (Covid-19)<\/a>. No entanto, como as atividades da empresa foram pouco impactadas pela crise, os dividendos voltar\u00e3o a ser pagos.<\/p>\n<p>A pr\u00f3pria Marfrig, depois de tr\u00eas anos, voltou a exportar carne bovina in natura do Brasil aos Estados Unidos. A raz\u00e3o pela forte demanda norte-americana foi o fechamento de frigor\u00edficos ali instalados devido \u00e0 pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>A exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de carne in natura brasileira ao mercado norte-americano foi interrompido em 2017, por quest\u00f5es sanit\u00e1rias, e somente reaberto em fevereiro deste ano.<\/p>\n<p>A National Beef \u00e9 o principal bra\u00e7o das opera\u00e7\u00f5es da <strong>Marfrig<\/strong>, representando 70% de suas vendas totais.
