O termo, no entanto, foi firmado em 30 de junho de 2016, quando Marcelo j\u00e1 estava preso. \u201cn\u00e3o \u00e9 dif\u00edcil perceber que executivo preso n\u00e3o faria jus a b\u00f4nus algum\u201d, diz a peti\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Antes desse contrato, ainda, o executivo j\u00e1 havia recebido um pagamento de R$ 143 milh\u00f5es (que tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 sendo questionado na justi\u00e7a), al\u00e9m de ter cobrado a empreiteira por mais pagamentos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDepois de celebrar seu acordo de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, o Sr. <strong>Marcelo Odebrecht<\/strong> prosseguiu com suas amea\u00e7as para obten\u00e7\u00e3o de novos valores da empresa.
