FIIs de papel responderam por 19,6%, enquanto CRIs somaram 16,5%. <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/ativos-reais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\">Ativos reais<\/a> representaram 6,4% e a\u00e7\u00f5es, 1,6%, compondo um perfil equilibrado entre renda e oportunidade.<\/p>\n<p>No cr\u00e9dito imobili\u00e1rio, predominam CRIs atrelados ao IPCA (53,5%), seguidos pelos indexados ao CDI (44,2%) e uma fatia menor ao IGP-M (2,3%).
