O <strong>FII RBRR11<\/strong> mantinha 3,1% em disponibilidades e 10,6% em compromissadas, com indica\u00e7\u00e3o de redu\u00e7\u00e3o gradual da alavancagem.<\/p>\n<p>Os pap\u00e9is apresentam rentabilidade m\u00e9dia ponderada de 14,9% ao ano (IPCA + 9,2% a.a.), vencimento m\u00e9dio de 4,1 anos e spread m\u00e9dio de 1,1% a.a., compondo um portf\u00f3lio indexado majoritariamente \u00e0 infla\u00e7\u00e3o.
