Cadastre-se agora!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>O acordo de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/joint-venture\/\">joint-venture<\/a> entre a Boeing e a Embraer era avaliado em US$ 4,2 bilh\u00f5es (cerca de R$ 22,9 bilh\u00f5es). A parceria foi firmada em 2018 e previa a venda de parte do controle de avia\u00e7\u00e3o da brasileira para norte-americana. A companhia brasileira alegou que as prepara\u00e7\u00f5es para concluir o neg\u00f3cio com a empresa norte-americana tiveram um &#8220;impacto negativo&#8221; no n\u00famero de entregas de jatos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/noticias\/embraer-embr3-boeing-acordo\/\">Saiba mais: Embraer (EMBR3) e Boeing: acordo proibia desist\u00eancia em caso de crise<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Os pedidos do jato E175, mais vendido da Embraer com capacidade para at\u00e9 90 pessoas, registraram queda de 15 aeronaves, exceto os avi\u00f5es que foram entregues no primeiro trimestre. As op\u00e7\u00f5es chamadas de mais flex\u00edveis tamb\u00e9m tiveram queda de 15 jatos. A carteira de encomendas para o avi\u00e3o, em geral, fica em torno de 456.<\/p>\n<p>No que tange a outros modelos de aeronaves comercias da Embraer, os pedidos permaneceram iguais.<\/p>\n<h2>Entregas da Embraer ficam abaixo dos n\u00fameros de 2019<\/h2>\n<p>O n\u00famero de aeronaves entregues pela Embraer no primeiro trimestre de 2020 foi inferior a metade do que a companhia entregou, apesar de ser o per\u00edodo mais fraco do ano .
