A MRV&CO – conglomerado que re\u00fane a MRV, Urba, Luggo e Resia – reportou lucro l\u00edquido<\/a> consolidado de R$ 41,4 milh\u00f5es no quarto trimestre de 2025. Isso representa uma revers\u00e3o perante o preju\u00edzo de R$ 249,8 milh\u00f5es no mesmo per\u00edodo de 2024.<\/p>\t

No crit\u00e9rio ajustado (que exclui instrumentos financeiros<\/a> sem efeito direto no caixa), o lucro l\u00edquido consolidado foi de R$ 116,5 milh\u00f5es, o que tamb\u00e9m representa uma revers\u00e3o na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com um ano antes, quando houve preju\u00edzo de R$ 153,7 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A melhora est\u00e1 relacionada ao avan\u00e7o do faturamento com as vendas de im\u00f3veis, combinado com manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de custos sob controle, levando \u00e0 melhora da margem de lucro<\/a>. Por outro lado, o balan\u00e7o da MRV&Co continuou sofrendo com os encargos de juros da d\u00edvida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A principal divis\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios, a MRV, focada no Minha Casa Minha Vida, teve lucro de R$ 168,9 milh\u00f5es no quarto trimestre, revers\u00e3o ante preju\u00edzo de R$ 17,8 milh\u00f5es na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual. A margem bruta<\/a> da MRV foi de 31%, expans\u00e3o de 4 pontos porcentuais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Resia, que atua na constru\u00e7\u00e3o e loca\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancias nos EUA, gerou preju\u00edzo de R$ 110 milh\u00f5es no trimestre. A perda, entretanto, foi 53% menor na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual. A Resia est\u00e1 vendendo terrenos e empreendimentos para controlar a d\u00edvida l\u00e1 fora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nas demais empresas do grupo, a Luggo teve preju\u00edzo de R$ 18,2 milh\u00f5es, enquanto a Urba contribuiu com lucro de R$ 772 mil. O Ebit (lucro operacional<\/a>, antes dos juros e impostos) consolidado atingiu R$ 391,8 milh\u00f5es no quarto trimestre, um salto perante os R$ 22,5 milh\u00f5es do mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A receita l\u00edquida<\/a> consolidada totalizou R$ 3,0 bilh\u00f5es, aumento de 27,8%, em virtude do aumento das vendas de im\u00f3veis e da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o das obras. As despesas operacionais<\/a> consolidadas alcan\u00e7aram R$ 505,3 milh\u00f5es, recuo de 17%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O resultado financeiro<\/a> (saldo entre receitas e despesas financeiras<\/a>) gerou uma despesa l\u00edquida de R$ 275,2 milh\u00f5es, expans\u00e3o de 57,4% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o anual, refletindo os juros altos da economia brasileira e a d\u00edvida relevante do grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es do Brasil (MRV, Luggo e Urba), a MRV&CO fechou o quarto trimestre com d\u00edvida l\u00edquida<\/a> de R$ 2,5 bilh\u00f5es, subida de 2% na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o terceiro trimestre. A alavancagem (medida pela rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre d\u00edvida l\u00edquida e patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido) foi a 41,8%, leve recuo de 0,1 ponto porcentual ante o terceiro trimestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na opera\u00e7\u00e3o dos Estados Unidos (Resia), a d\u00edvida l\u00edquida atingiu US$ 695 milh\u00f5es, baixa de 0,6% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao trimestre anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resultado anual<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A MRV&CO teve preju\u00edzo l\u00edquido consolidado de R$ 1,042 bilh\u00e3o em 2025, perda 107% maior que em 2024. No crit\u00e9rio ajustado, o preju\u00edzo foi menor, de R$ 867,8 milh\u00f5es em 2025, mas ainda assim uma piora relevante contra 2024, quando o preju\u00edzo foi de R$ 128,2 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J\u00e1 a receita l\u00edquida consolidada totalizou R$ 10,9 bilh\u00f5es em 2025, expans\u00e3o de 21% ante 2024, refletindo a melhora na venda de im\u00f3veis e margens das opera\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O grande vil\u00e3o do ano foi o resultado financeiro, que gerou uma despesa l\u00edquida de R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
