O resultado acumulado por cota encerrou o m\u00eas em R$ 0,54, ante R$ 0,75 por cota no per\u00edodo precedente, sinalizando arrefecimento pontual do caixa distribu\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p>O saldo de infla\u00e7\u00e3o apropriada alcan\u00e7ou R$ 0,87 por cota, superando os R$ 0,81 de dezembro. Somando resultado e infla\u00e7\u00e3o apropriada, o acumulado fechou em R$ 1,42 por cota, versus R$ 1,56 por cota anteriormente, em linha com a desacelera\u00e7\u00e3o inflacion\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>A gest\u00e3o do <strong>FII HGCR11<\/strong> indica que o patamar de R$ 0,95 por cota pode ser mantido nos pr\u00f3ximos per\u00edodos, desde que o cen\u00e1rio macro siga dentro das proje\u00e7\u00f5es atuais. Contudo, refor\u00e7a que uma queda mais forte dos \u00edndices de pre\u00e7os pode reduzir a receita atrelada \u00e0 infla\u00e7\u00e3o e pressionar a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O portf\u00f3lio terminou janeiro com 97,4% do <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/patrimonio-liquido\/\" rel=\"noopener\">patrim\u00f4nio l\u00edquido<\/a> alocado, sendo 88,2% em CRIs e opera\u00e7\u00f5es estruturadas, com rentabilidade m\u00e9dia ponderada de 13,6% ao ano, equivalente a IPCA + 9,3%. A carteira possui 39 CRIs e uma <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/operacoes-estruturadas-2\/\" rel=\"noopener\">opera\u00e7\u00e3o estruturada<\/a>, dura\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia de 3,5 anos e spread m\u00e9dio de 1,6% ao ano.<\/p>\n<p>Entre os indexadores, 87% est\u00e3o atrelados ao IPCA (IPCA + 9,1% a.a.), 10% ao CDI (CDI + 4,6% a.a.), 2% a taxa prefixada de 14% a.a. e 0,1% ao IGP-M (IGP-M + 9,3% a.a.). Houve refor\u00e7o em posi\u00e7\u00f5es: R$ 25 milh\u00f5es no CRI Carrefour (14% a.a. prefixado) e R$ 8 milh\u00f5es no CRI Mega Moda (IPCA + 8,9%). Em contrapartida, o fundo reduziu em R$ 1,2 milh\u00e3o a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o ao FII GARE11.<\/p>\n<p>No campo dos eventos extraordin\u00e1rios, ocorreu o pr\u00e9-pagamento do CRI Swiss Park, que gerou ganho n\u00e3o recorrente de R$ 50,9 mil (R$ 0,003 por cota).
