O Fundo Garantidor de Cr\u00e9ditos estima desembolsar at\u00e9 R$ 4,9 bilh\u00f5es em garantias relacionadas ao Pleno<\/strong>, alcan\u00e7ando cerca de 160 mil credores com dep\u00f3sitos eleg\u00edveis.<\/p>\t

Segundo o FGC, os pagamentos ser\u00e3o realizados conforme o regulamento, a partir das informa\u00e7\u00f5es enviadas pelo liquidante nomeado pelo Banco Central. A cobertura ordin\u00e1ria \u00e9 de at\u00e9 R$ 250 mil por CPF ou CNPJ por institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira, respeitado o limite global de R$ 1 milh\u00e3o em um per\u00edodo de quatro anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cO Banco Pleno tem uma base estimada de 160 mil credores com dep\u00f3sitos eleg\u00edveis ao pagamento da garantia, que somam R$ 4,9 bilh\u00f5es. A institui\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o faz parte do conglomerado Master\u201d, informou o fundo em nota ao mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pleno n\u00e3o integra o conglomerado Master<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Um ponto importante \u00e9 que o Pleno<\/strong> n\u00e3o faz parte do conglomerado Master. Apesar de hist\u00f3rico societ\u00e1rio anterior, juridicamente operava de forma independente no momento da liquida\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\t

\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Essa distin\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 relevante porque o limite de R$ 250 mil \u00e9 aplicado por institui\u00e7\u00e3o ou conglomerado prudencial. Ou seja, valores eventualmente recebidos em outros processos n\u00e3o se somam automaticamente ao caso do Pleno para fins de enquadramento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O epis\u00f3dio ocorre em meio a um per\u00edodo de grandes desembolsos do FGC. No conglomerado Master, o fundo deve pagar cerca de R$ 40,6 bilh\u00f5es. No caso do Will Bank, a estimativa \u00e9 de R$ 6,3 bilh\u00f5es. Agora, com o Pleno<\/strong>, o valor projetado \u00e9 de R$ 4,9 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como pedir meu ressarcimento?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Quando o Banco Central decreta liquida\u00e7\u00e3o ou interven\u00e7\u00e3o, o liquidante passa a ser respons\u00e1vel por consolidar a base de credores. O FGC, por sua vez, j\u00e1 faz a provis\u00e3o dos valores desde o decreto, mas precisa receber oficialmente a lista para iniciar os pagamentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Veja o passo a passo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. O liquidante envia ao FGC a rela\u00e7\u00e3o dos benefici\u00e1rios da garantia. Esse processo costuma levar, em m\u00e9dia, cerca de 30 dias, mas pode variar conforme a institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\t

    \n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

  2. O aplicativo do FGC j\u00e1 est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para cadastro b\u00e1sico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Ap\u00f3s receber as informa\u00e7\u00f5es do liquidante, o FGC libera o sistema para que os credores completem a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Pessoas f\u00edsicas (CPF) devem solicitar a garantia pelo aplicativo do FGC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Pessoas jur\u00eddicas (CNPJ) realizam o procedimento pelo site oficial do fundo.<\/li>\n\n\n\t

  6. Ao finalizar o cadastro, o credor visualiza o valor a receber e assina digitalmente um termo confirmando o pedido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Ap\u00f3s a assinatura e valida\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados banc\u00e1rios, o pagamento \u00e9 realizado em at\u00e9 48 horas \u00fateis, diretamente na conta de titularidade do credor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
