O prazo de dura\u00e7\u00e3o permanece indeterminado e o regime de <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/responsabilidade-limitada\/\" rel=\"noopener\">responsabilidade limitada<\/a> dos investidores foi mantido. A vers\u00e3o atualizada do regulamento passou a refletir as caracter\u00edsticas do novo enquadramento.<\/p>\n<p>Com a nova estrutura, o BTAL11 pode diversificar sua <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/politica-de-investimentos\/\" rel=\"noopener\">pol\u00edtica de investimentos<\/a>. Al\u00e9m de <strong>ativos imobili\u00e1rios<\/strong> ligados ao agro, o fundo est\u00e1 autorizado a investir em ativos financeiros, direitos credit\u00f3rios, <strong>participa\u00e7\u00f5es societ\u00e1rias<\/strong> em empresas do setor e cotas de outros Fiagros, sempre em conformidade com a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o. O programa poder\u00e1 ocorrer entre 18 de fevereiro de 2026 e 18 de fevereiro de 2027, a crit\u00e9rio dos respons\u00e1veis. O limite m\u00e1ximo \u00e9 de 10% das cotas em circula\u00e7\u00e3o, com compras exclusivamente abaixo do <strong>valor patrimonial<\/strong> por cota apurado no dia \u00fatil anterior. As cotas adquiridas ser\u00e3o canceladas.<\/p>\n<p>O comunicado ressalta que a recompra foi incorporada ap\u00f3s a convers\u00e3o em Fiagro e se relaciona \u00e0 din\u00e2mica de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o no <a class=\"suno-keyword\" target=\"_blank\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/mercado-secundario\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>mercado secund\u00e1rio<\/strong><\/a>.
