O per\u00edodo permite que investidores j\u00e1 posicionados no ve\u00edculo aumentem participa\u00e7\u00e3o antes da abertura aos novos subscritores, refor\u00e7ando a prioridade dos atuais cotistas na aloca\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos e na manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do percentual de participa\u00e7\u00e3o dentro do fundo.\n\nOs cotistas poder\u00e3o exercer o direito entre 26 de janeiro e 5 de fevereiro de 2026, com liquida\u00e7\u00e3o prevista para 6 de fevereiro do mesmo ano. O direito ser\u00e1 concedido aos investidores posicionados at\u00e9 o fechamento dos neg\u00f3cios de <strong>20 de janeiro de 2026<\/strong>, data-base oficial da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, assegurando elegibilidade e transpar\u00eancia do processo.\n\nCada cotista poder\u00e1 subscrever <strong>2,06200689292 novas cotas para cada cota detida<\/strong>, com arredondamento para n\u00fameros inteiros conforme as regras da oferta.
