Essa combina\u00e7\u00e3o de previsibilidade de renda e benef\u00edcio fiscal tem ampliado o interesse dos investidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detalhando os pagamentos de hoje, o AFHI11, um FII de fundo de papel administrado pelo BTG Pactual desde mar\u00e7o de 2021, pagar\u00e1 R$ 1,01 por cota, com \u201cdata com\u201d em 15\/01\/2026 e refer\u00eancia de dezembro. O fundo reporta DY de 1,06% no m\u00eas e 12,66% em 12 meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O AJFI11, um FII de fundo de tijolo focado em shoppings e administrado pela XP Investimentos, distribuir\u00e1 R$ 0,05 por cota. A \u201cdata com\u201d foi 08\/01\/2026, com DY mensal de 0,61% e de 8,48% em 12 meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<p>\n\t\t<a href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" data-element=\"shortcode-suno-banner\" title=\"Banner SUNO, clique e saiba mais\">\n\t\t\t<picture>\n\t\t\t\t<source media=\"(max-width: 500px)\" srcset=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"newsContent__article__imgCapa newsContent__article__imgCapa--banner\"\n\t\t\t\t\tsrc=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t\tdata-promo-id=\"77014\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\talt=\"\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t<\/picture>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Fundos mistos tamb\u00e9m pagam proventos nesta sess\u00e3o. Por fim, o RZAT11, FII de tijolo com foco em im\u00f3veis industriais e log\u00edsticos e gest\u00e3o do BTG Pactual desde maio de 2019, distribuir\u00e1 R$ 0,95 por cota, com DY de 1,07% e 13,67% em 12 meses.
