Entre os <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/guias\/dividendos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"1\"><strong>dividendos<\/strong><\/a> distribu\u00eddos, destacam-se o CCME11, que paga R$ 0,08 por cota, e o CLIN11, com R$ 0,95 por papel. Na pr\u00e1tica, muitos fundos, como <strong>CCME11<\/strong> e <strong>CLIN11<\/strong>, optam por repasses mensais. Para pessoas f\u00edsicas, uma das vantagens \u00e9 a isen\u00e7\u00e3o de Imposto de Renda sobre os rendimentos, refor\u00e7ando o apelo dos FIIs como geradores de fluxo de caixa peri\u00f3dico.<\/p>\n<h2>Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de rendimentos e destaque dos fundos com dividendos<\/h2>\n<p>No caso do <strong>CCME11<\/strong>, o fundo distribuir\u00e1 R$ 0,08 por cota, com <a class=\"suno-keyword\" href=\"https:\/\/www.suno.com.br\/artigos\/dividendos-datas-importantes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-force=\"no\" data-priority=\"2\">data com<\/a> em 09\/01\/2026 e refer\u00eancia a dezembro. O dividend yield (DY) do m\u00eas \u00e9 de 0,97% e o DY de 12 meses, 11,07%. Trata-se de um Fundo Misto iniciado em abril de 2022 sob gest\u00e3o do BTG Pactual, com R$ 0,09 acumulados em proventos no ano. J\u00e1 o <strong>CLIN11<\/strong> paga R$ 0,95 por cota, tamb\u00e9m com data com em 09\/01\/2026 e per\u00edodo de dezembro, oferecendo DY de 1,07% no m\u00eas e 13,90% em 12 meses. Classificado como Fundo de Papel com estrat\u00e9gia de Fundo de Fundos, \u00e9 administrado pelo BTG Pactual, somando R$ 0,95 no ano.<\/p>\n<p>Entre os demais, o PCIP11 anuncia R$ 0,88 por cota, com DY de 1,03% no m\u00eas e 13,94% em 12 meses. Constitu\u00eddo em abril de 2019 e gerido pela BRL Trust, foca em pap\u00e9is e acumula R$ 0,88 no ano. O PSEC11 distribuir\u00e1 R$ 0,65 por cota, com DY mensal de 1,00% e de 12 meses em 12,78%; opera desde fevereiro de 2020 como Fundo de Papel com foco em FoFs, administrado pela BRL Trust, totalizando R$ 0,65 em 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Para acessar os proventos, basta manter as cotas at\u00e9 a data com informada por cada fundo. Ap\u00f3s essa data, novas compras n\u00e3o d\u00e3o direito ao pagamento corrente. A liquida\u00e7\u00e3o dos <strong>dividendos<\/strong> ocorre na data de pagamento informada pelo administrador, creditada automaticamente na corretora.<\/p>\n<p>Para investidores que buscam renda, acompanhar o hist\u00f3rico de pagamentos, os DYs e a qualidade dos ativos \u00e9 essencial.
